Hello my name is Dina Desiree Kotze, I am a licensed Florida specialist doing both Cosmetic and Para Medical Micro Pigmentation, also known as Para Medical Tattoos. I developed a passion for Micro Pigmentation and permanent makeup , when I realized that my artistic talent and education can impact and improve the quality of life of many people, and give confidence to people with different beauty, medical, paramedical, and dermal needs. What separates me from most other Permanent Makeup Specialists and Technicians , is that I have studied fine art, and worked as an artist and a teacher for 15 years. My clients are please to know that I am 9 times certified and licensed in all Pigmentation Modalities and Treatments. Some of my services are covered by medical insurance. I graduated from both The Parisian Spa Institute and the prestigious International Academy of Nouveau Contour in the Netherlands and Orlando.
